Shipping policy
This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure a clear and smooth experience for all customers.
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is within 2-5 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing, available at an additional cost.
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the USPS website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at whiteroosterpapergoods@gmail.com, with your order number and photos of the damage.
In the event of a lost order, please contact us at whiteroosterpapergoods@gmail.com after 7 days from the shipping confirmation date. We will investigate with the carrier.
7. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Once the items are received and deemed in good condition, a refund for the amount of the item purchased will be issued to the original form of payment.
We do not offer exchanges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
